30/10 03:20: BNB hot wallet 14 signed an authorization only to itself
03:24: drained wallet 14 (167K ETH + 1.6B USDT)
24s later: wallet 16 sent 28K ETH
03:42: 780M USDC from wallet 34
03:45: BTC dropped $2500, $627M in longs liquidated
04:11: Tether froze 1.567B USDT
04:13: Circle froze 823M USDC
04:15: CZ: looks like a hack
04:29: Binance: user funds are safe

Another $200M USDT is still being withdrawn. $5.6B left Binance, $2.37B frozen.
