U.S. 10-year Treasury 5.04% (5-day +1.86%)

Dow Jones 52,475 (5-day -0.72%, Yahoo)
Assessment: The 10-year Treasury yield is at 5.04%, up another +1.86% over 5 days. The long end is draining liquidity, pushing aside valuation stories for both growth stocks and BTC.
Flows: BTC 80127 (-1.34%). ETH at -1.38% is tracking closely with BTC at -1.34%; the exchange rate is 0.02899. With no independent move, don’t bet solely on altcoins.
VIX is now 17.10. If it moves above 18, I’ll cut my futures position in half. I’m not going to argue with the U.S. stock market’s closing price.
My position: I won’t try to catch the first knife. Until the decline is accompanied by a drop in open interest, stepping in early is still catching a falling knife.
