Let’s talk about both sides: how to enter spot.

Place limit orders within today’s range, not at round numbers you have in your head.

For spot, don’t go by feel—use today’s range.

BTC 80213 (-1.49%), 24h range 79710-81789. ETH 2325 (-1.71%), ETH/BTC 0.02898.

ETH at -1.71% is tracking closely with BTC at -1.49%, and the exchange rate is 0.02898. There’s no independent price action, so don’t bet on altcoins alone.

Limit orders:
- First level: 79,251-79,732; only buy one-third of the intended amount
- If 78,769 breaks, stop; don’t add a second level
- If it moves above 80,855, reassess the upside; even then, add only one level

For spot, just wait for a pullback to the levels; don’t try to guess what US stocks will do. Revisit the upside if it moves above 81789; until then, leave the orders as they are.

Data: Binance Spot 24h / Binance USDⓈ-M / Yahoo daily (5-day change) / altme_fng / mempool_fees / defillama_chains / coingecko_trending. Missing figures are not filled in.

If meme coins aren’t outperforming BTC, are you still holding them?

Takeaway: A low VIX means volatility is being suppressed, not that risk has disappeared.
Food for thought: Fear & Greed >75 means things are heated; don’t add leverage at the first level.
