Doubao Work has opened third-party model services to enterprise customers, initially adding Moonshot AI’s Kimi K3.1 Pro, Zhipu’s GLM-5.3 and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash. According to ChainCatcher, users can switch models directly in the chat interface, which previously offered only ByteDance’s Doubao models. Users could already connect third-party models themselves, paying the model providers separately, while Doubao Work’s tool calls and generated outputs used separate quotas. The new option adds third-party models to the product’s model-selection menu.
