The first thing I notice is one gain and two losses: over the rolling 24 hours, $CHIP -12.14%. Over the rolling 24 hours, $GLMR +9.28%. Over the rolling 24 hours, $MVLLB -14.24%. These are the respective changes in three spot prices. Their different directions don’t mean they’re related, and price movements alone can’t tell us that something is wrong with a project or that the rise is backed by genuine demand.

What I most want to verify is whether sustained selling pressure is behind the two declines. When I see a sharp drop, I worry there may be risks I haven’t spotted yet; when I see a rise, I’m afraid of missing out, but also of mistaking attractive numbers for proof of demand. These are only concerns, though, and I could be wrong. The available information doesn’t include order books, position concentration, or subsequent trading data, so it’s impossible to judge whether buying and selling pressure is stable. Trading volume also can’t be treated as a measure of order book depth.

Another possibility is that the rise in $GLMR reflects genuine demand, while the two declines are simply price fluctuations. There’s currently no evidence to confirm the cause, and price movements alone are certainly no basis for alleging market manipulation, fraud, or project insolvency. If verifiable facts directly linked to the price changes emerge, or more complete data on sustained trading and buying support becomes available, I’ll revise my view. A leaderboard can remind me what to investigate; it can’t fill in the blanks with a story.
