$XRP 4-hour MACD bearish crossover above the zero line.
There are cross signals everywhere on the screen; what matters most is where it is and the earlier trend.
MACD was first proposed by Gerald Appel in the 1970s. Its commonly used parameters are 12, 26, and 9, and it measures trend strength through the difference between the fast and slow EMAs.
A bearish crossover above the zero line is often understood as weakening upward momentum, but it does not necessarily mean the trend has ended; a bearish crossover below the zero line is more often seen as a continuation of weakness.
For leveraged positions, keep enough margin so a sudden sharp move does not knock out the trade directly.
