Dormant for three years, then the first move is to send tokens to an exchange
On October 29, an on-chain analyst spotted an address that had been dormant for three years.
Three years ago, this address received 9.57 million WLD from the Worldcoin team, worth $14.45 million at the time.
It stayed completely inactive for three years.
Early this morning, it transferred all 9.57 million tokens out in one go.
Of those, 6.5 million—about $2.828 million—were sent to an exchange via intermediary addresses.
Sending tokens to an exchange doesn’t mean they’ve already been sold.
But it’s fair to say those tokens are heading toward the sell side.
When the address received the tokens, WLD was priced at $1.51.
Now it’s at $0.4351, down 71.2% over three years.
WLD has already fallen 26.41% over the past seven days.
It’s still falling intraday today: Finnhub data puts it at $0.4164, down 5.39% for the day.
First the price falls, then the tokens move.
Reverse that order, and the signal is different.
The dormant tokens woke up, and the first thing they did was look for an exit.
This is hardly a bullish narrative.

Just my personal opinion; this is not investment advice.
