Let me add something: at $Q , bulls and bears have been locked in a tug-of-war around 0.065 for quite a while.
It’s still broken below for now. I usually don’t rush to conclusions at levels like this; I wait to see whether it can close back above—breaking below and then recovering is fairly common too.
