Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Moscow for face-to-face negotiations and promised that security arrangements would be guaranteed, according to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov.

The offer followed a 90-minute call with the leaders of Finland and Norway, who told Putin that Zelenskyy was interested in direct talks.

Discussions also covered efforts to revive trilateral Russia-Ukraine-U.S. negotiations in Abu Dhabi. $GOOGLB $ZMB $ASTR
