It was a pleasure to showcase AIR during the @IATA Payment Services Forum 2026 in Macao. We participated alongside @Visa as part of the panel titled Emerging Payment Technologies: Agentic Payments.

At its core, the success of agentic commerce depends entirely on building reliable trust from every angle. Consumers must feel completely secure that their personal details are protected. Retailers need confirmation that a genuine individual is directing the AI. At the same time, businesses want reassurance that they are not losing their direct customer connection, even if shoppers choose to use an automated assistant to make purchases instead of directly browsing a storefront.

To solve this multidirectional challenge, AIR provides a foundational identity layer designed to establish mutual confidence.

Our solution allows users to give their automated assistants the authority to handle authentication on their behalf. Retailers can then validate these transactions using Visa's Trusted Agent Protocol, guaranteeing that a legitimate person is driving the purchase. Furthermore, privacy is strictly maintained because the system relies on secure credentials rather than sharing sensitive, unstructured personal details with external servers. By utilizing these confirmed identities, businesses can continue offering customized promotions and curated packages, ensuring that they maintain strong relationships and encourage future sales.

We want to express our sincere appreciation to @Visa for sharing the stage with us.
