【Follow Lao Jiu, wealth is yours】Solana ETFs see $19.16 million in single-day outflows! Can SOL hold the $100 level?
Institutional funds have also begun putting pressure on $SOL
. According to U.S. trading data for October 27, U.S. spot Solana ETFs saw net outflows of $19.16 million in a single day, the largest single-day outflow since December 2025. More notably, all of these outflows came from Grayscale’s GSOL fund; not all Solana ETFs saw redemptions at the same time.
1. More than just a one-day outflow
Looking at a longer period, Solana ETFs had already seen net outflows of about $8.23 million on October 26, bringing the total outflow over two consecutive trading days to about $27.38 million.
As of October 27, cumulative net outflows for the month stood at about $99.62 million. If the trend continues, October could become the month with the most significant outflows since Solana ETFs launched.
However, as of that day, these ETFs had still seen cumulative net inflows of about $1.51 billion since launch, so this cannot simply be taken to mean that institutions have completely abandoned SOL.
2. What should you be watching most closely with SOL right now?
At the time, SOL was trading at about $101.87, still hovering around the $100 mark.
If outflows continue and the price falls below key support, the market may become more concerned about weakening institutional demand. If outflows subside quickly, SOL may gradually stabilize.
But ETF net outflows do not mean that funds are directly selling an equivalent amount of SOL on the spot market. Flow data reflect the net changes in fund subscriptions and redemptions, and should not be treated as total market selling pressure.
