🌙 Evening Sentiment | FOMC tonight—whose side are you on?

Tonight’s main event: The Fed’s October rate decision is about to be announced. September nonfarm payrolls rose by just 29,000, and institutions broadly expect a pause in rate hikes. On the flows front, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net inflows of $176 million yesterday, with BlackRock’s IBIT accounting for $150 million. Ethereum ETFs, however, saw $60.2 million in outflows, highlighting a clear split in sentiment.

The news flow is turbulent: $ZIL bridge was attacked, resulting in losses of around $800,000, and its CEO resigned; $INIT suspended its network following a security incident, but the foundation has pledged to reimburse users at a 1:1 ratio. On the positive side, Moody’s awarded RLUSD its first investment-grade rating (A2), and Ripple has also teamed up with Robinhood to expand its reach—accelerating the institutionalization of stablecoins. Geopolitical risks in the Middle East are also brewing, so beware of black swan events.

⚔️ Your turn: Once the FOMC decision is out, will $BTC surge first or pull back first? Share your take and price levels in the comments!
