Reasons for shorting:
Tomorrow, Binance Alpha Wallet is launching a new token. The cost is around 0.3.
It’s currently trading at around 1.5 pre-market. 2% of the tokens were allocated to BN, and community airdrops could bring that to a maximum of 2.5% (7% was actually allocated, but you can only claim 35% at launch; to claim 100%, you have to lock it up for 12 months).
Based on these figures, there should be 4% in selling pressure—nearly $60 million worth.
Predict has only generated $30 million in fees to date. There’s no way I believe the team would let retail investors buy that much.
If there’s no other news, I’ll look to close my position around $1.
