The broader market breaks out on heavy volume, but #ENA is “surrendering on the spot”? Let’s talk about what the money is really thinking
BTC broke upward through 81k on heavy volume, lifting Ethereum and high-beta assets across its ecosystem. PEPE, another asset in the same ecosystem, gained over 15% in a single day, driven by sentiment.
By contrast, ENA failed to follow through after spiking to 0.216 and is trading sideways in a narrow range around 0.206 today. Many retail holders are getting anxious, thinking it’s “playing dead,” but personally, I’m bullish on it building momentum at this level.
Looking at the market structure:
Liquidity is concentrated in major breakout moves and high-volatility Meme assets. Mechanism- and arbitrage-based assets lack short-term narrative catalysts, so market attention is being diverted elsewhere.
On the 1-hour chart, the moving averages (MA7/MA25) are intertwined and consolidating, while overhead supply from yesterday’s upper wick is still being absorbed.
The 0.199–0.200 area below coincides with the previous trading range and MA99, providing clear structural support. As long as price holds above this level, a downside breakdown is not yet confirmed.
I’ve started building a core position around 0.207 and am watching closely, with a strict stop-loss set below 0.199. Mechanism-based tokens often lag during the market’s primary uptrend, so patience is key. I’m watching in particular to see whether basis returns draw capital back in once Ethereum stabilizes.
What’s your current cost basis? Are you planning to hold firm here and wait for it to catch up, or have you already rebalanced into stronger-performing coins?
