When withdrawing from an exchange, once the withdrawal request is broadcast to the blockchain, the exchange can’t reverse it. You can only cancel it before it’s broadcast.
Before withdrawing, make sure the recipient can receive funds on the network you’ve selected. If the networks don’t match, your assets may be very difficult to recover.
