An ICO-era whale turned $62K into $273.6M, selling the last 7,594 ETH: Don’t chase

What I saw:
On-chain data shows that an address that bought 200,000 ETH in the ICO sent its final 7,594 ETH (about $17.79 million) to Kraken, completing its sell-off.
The original cost was about $0.311 per ETH, or roughly $62,000 in total. After selling at an average price of about $1,368 over the years, it cashed out approximately $273.6 million.
Spot is trading around $2,369, still about 2% below the 20-day moving average near $2,421.

My take:
Taking profits on the entire position after a more than 4,000x gain suggests old money is cashing out—not stepping in to buy the dip.

What I’d do:
I’d wait to see a daily close back above the MA20 near $2,421. If it falls below the Oct. 24 low of $2,282, I’d consider this rebound attempt a failure.

Would you buy here at $2,369—buy or pass?
