The short answer: It depends on whether they’re still a beginner or have already learned how to survive.

At this hour of the early morning in Mexico, while most people are asleep, the crypto community is divided into two completely different worlds:

The Beginner Trader (2:00 AM):

He isn’t sleeping. He’s glued to the screen with the brightness at 100% and his eyes red.

He has three empty cups of coffee on his desk and his phone in his hand, checking the price every 30 seconds.

Why? Because he’s overleveraged, didn’t use a stop-loss, and the “hope” that the price will turn in his favor won’t let him close his eyes. He lives in constant fear that a liquidation notification will ruin his night. For him, the market is a 24-hour emotional roller coaster.

The Professional Trader (02:00 AM):

Sleeping soundly (or about to, without a worry in the world).

How do they do it? It’s not because they have a superpower, but because they have a SYSTEM:

1. Their position size has already been calculated, and they’re not risking money that would keep them up at night.

2. Their automatic orders (Take Profit and Stop-Loss) are already set up on the platform. Whatever happens while they sleep, the plan is already running automatically.

3. They know the market isn’t going anywhere, but their health and mental clarity can suffer.

The crypto market never sleeps, but you should. Trading when you’re tired and sleep-deprived is the perfect recipe for making the most costly mistakes of your career.

If you’re in the first group, it’s time to turn off your screens, manage your risk, and remember that thousands of new opportunities will be waiting tomorrow.
