$SOL is currently in an awkward position. As of 12:00, the price is 102.0, sitting just below the daily MA7 (102.1), while the MA25 is at 107.5. Both moving averages are still trending downward, so the typical bearish alignment remains in place. However, one detail is worth noting: the price is already 4.5% above the MA99 (97.68), which means the long-term moving average has not been broken below. For now, the short- and medium-term weakness has yet to spread to the long-term structure. The 30-day range is 98.62 to 123.8, and the current price is only at the 14th percentile of that range. The decline has already been substantial, with a 30-day loss of 14.2%, so weak sentiment is to be expected. The daily RSI14 is 39—not oversold, but not strong either—placing it in a weak consolidation zone. For a genuine reversal, it needs to reclaim both the MA7 and MA25. On the 4-hour chart, the price is 0.8% above the MA20, and it has gained 2.0% over 24 hours (six 4-hour candles), suggesting some short-term stabilization. If the 30-day low of 98.62 is breached, the structure will look worse; that's an invalidation level I'm watching.

$GRAM has a somewhat similar pattern. The current price is 1.237, up 3.4% over 24 hours, but don't be misled by that gain: it's still down 8.8% over 7 days and 21.4% over 30 days. This is a bounce after a steep decline. The daily MA7 is 1.246, and the price is still 0.8% below it. The MA25 and MA99 are both above 1.36, leaving them 9% to 11% above the current price, which shows that moving-average resistance remains strong. RSI14 is 37, following the same pattern as $SOL : in the weak zone, but not at an extreme. On the 4-hour chart, the price is 0.5% above the MA20, showing some short-term recovery. However, the 30-day range is 1.156 to 1.604, and the current price is only at the 18th percentile. To escape the weak trend, it will need to hold above the MA7 and then move toward the MA25.

Both coins are currently showing a pattern of “short-term recovery, medium-term resistance.” Whether they can reclaim their moving averages is the key thing to watch. This is my personal opinion, not investment advice.
