Bianews reports that Coinbase has confirmed a security incident at its data analytics provider, Amplitude, which affected the contact information of a small number of Coinbase customers. The company stressed that Coinbase’s own systems were not breached and customer funds were unaffected. It is currently notifying affected users and regulators.
