A summary of the positive news from the past few days: #INIT (Initia), L1 & Rollups resume operations + deploy an independently audited MoveVM patch, ★★★★. Operations are explicitly scheduled to resume on November 2. The patch isolates attackers’ remaining fake balances and strengthens security measures (without rolling back transaction history). Supported stablecoins/assets will be restored, and the DEX will rebalance after a brief pause. This is a positive operational catalyst: “back online after resolving the issue.” $BNB , Binance plans to release a full Proof of Reserves (PoR) report; aims to resume withdrawals, ★★★☆. Binance’s co-CEO previously said the company aims to resume withdrawals before November 1 and plans to release a full PoR report on November 2. Following recent security incidents, a positive PoR report and resumed withdrawals could directly boost market confidence, especially in the BNB ecosystem. $SOL , related to Solana Summit India 2026 (Mumbai), ★★☆. A one-day event on November 2, focused on developers, founders, and investors. It may bring ecosystem updates or partnership announcements, but as a conference, its immediate price impact is usually limited. Other events worth watching
Conferences/ecosystem events: Ethereum Cypherpunk Congress #3 (Mumbai), the launch of Hong Kong FinTech Week, and events related to India Blockchain Week. These are more about sentiment and potential announcement catalysts, offering indirect support for the ETH and SOL ecosystems. Small-project updates: Some smaller projects have product launches, AMAs, or airdrop registration deadlines (such as the Krown Network AMA and launches of some shops/tools), but their impact is limited. Votes/migrations: AKT’s Solana migration vote deadline; POLY Protocol V2 migration (tentative).
“False positives” or risk events to watch $BTW (Bitway): Approximately 101.6 million tokens will be unlocked (worth around $100 million or more, representing a relatively large share of the circulating supply). Token unlocks usually bring selling pressure, so this is a supply-increase risk rather than positive news. Other small unlocks (STO, OPN, etc.) are limited in scale and have less impact.
Summary and reminder The clearest positive catalysts are INIT (network recovery + security upgrade) and BNB (Binance PoR + progress on withdrawals). Overall, the biggest potential volatility may come around the U.S. midterm elections on November 3.
Sources include official project announcements, unlock trackers such as Tokenomist/DefiLlama, and crypto event calendars. This is not investment advice; verify information independently and manage risk.
If today hasn’t gone so well, I want to tell you: It’s okay not to have all the answers yet, to take things a little slower, to openly admit when you’ve made a mistake, and to gather yourself and set off again after a setback.
Life has never been a game you have to beat in one try. Some bugs take repeated debugging; some answers only make sense after you’ve lived through them; and some kinds of growth take a long journey before you can see what they mean.
This is also the belief I love seeing DeepSeekbug share: Don’t demand perfection, but take every fix seriously; don’t promise a smooth road, but be there for you as you grow; don’t rush to define success, but cherish every fresh start.

If you only look at the headline — “Binance recorded $3.64B in net outflows” — it sounds alarming.
But I think the more important signal is not the total amount withdrawn.
It’s the pace of withdrawals after the system reopened.
Once Binance resumed withdrawals, volume spiked immediately. That makes sense: pent-up demand tends to hit all at once after access is restored.
What matters is what happened next.
Withdrawal volume started to decline instead of accelerating further.
That’s the part I’m watching closely.
A real liquidity panic usually becomes more concerning when withdrawals keep increasing, confidence continues to deteriorate, and the pressure compounds over time.
Here, the initial reaction was aggressive, but the flow began to cool down.
At the same time, Binance still processed more than $1B in deposits during the same period. So this was not a completely one-sided “get everything out” move.
Of course, $3.64B in net outflows is still significant. But against roughly $171B in reported assets from the latest Proof of Reserves data, I don’t think this number alone is enough to conclude that Binance is facing a liquidity problem.
For me, the next two things matter much more:
1. Whether net outflows continue to slow over the next 24–48 hours. 2. What the next Proof of Reserves update shows after the October 31 snapshot.
If outflows keep cooling and the new PoR shows no major anomalies, this may end up looking more like a release of pent-up withdrawal demand than a sustained run on the exchange.
If withdrawals start accelerating again, then the situation changes.
For now, I lean toward the first scenario.
