Ripple × Robinhood: RLUSD to launch on the Robinhood app
According to Ripple’s official announcement on 10/27 and CoinDesk, the two companies have entered into a strategic partnership. Robinhood’s retail and institutional platforms will integrate Ripple’s stablecoin, institutional markets, and treasury management infrastructure. RLUSD is already available on Robinhood Chain and Bitstamp by Robinhood, and will launch on the Robinhood app later this year. Robinhood will also use RLUSD for institutional settlement on XRPL and adopt Ripple Treasury for cash and liquidity management. On the same day, BNY’s digital asset custody platform added support for XRP and RLUSD.
