Indicator Notes|$NIL |4-hour MACD|Death Cross Above the Zero Line
Definition: The MACD histogram is the difference between DIF and DEA. Many domestic trading platforms also multiply it by 2. When the histogram changes from negative to positive, DIF crosses above DEA.
How to read it: A golden cross above the zero line is often seen as a sign that a pullback in an uptrend has ended, while a golden cross below the zero line is more often viewed as a sign of a rebound.
The same reading can mean completely different things in different market conditions, so don’t apply a rule of thumb blindly.
