$ETH After the 2293–2300 area held for the third time, ETH climbed steadily overnight to around 2360. I’m leaning bullish: holding the previous low and bouncing on rate-decision day suggests short-term selling pressure is being absorbed, rather than a breakdown being imminent.

OKX spot price is around $2,359, up about 1.7% over the past 24 hours, with a range of around 2298–2370; $BTC it is also holding above 80,900. The Fear & Greed Index is around 51 (neutral).

Flows: U.S. spot ETH ETFs saw net outflows of about $88.6 million on Monday (October 26) and combined net inflows of about $33.1 million on Tuesday (October 27) (Farside)—signs of inflows have reappeared.

On-chain supply remains locked up: around 1.31 million ETH are queued to enter staking (about 23 days), while around 16,000 ETH are queued to exit. Total network staking stands at around 44.1 million ETH, or about 36.1% of the supply, with an annualized yield of around 2.4% (validatorqueue).

The October FOMC decision will be announced tonight at 14:00 ET (October 29 at 02:00 Beijing time). The prevailing market expectation is that rates will remain unchanged. In the short term, the question is whether a move above 2,370 can open the way to 2,400; if the price pulls back, 2,293 remains a key support level.

Which side are you on: holding around 2,350 ahead of the rate decision, or waiting until it’s announced before making a move?

The above is solely my personal observation and does not constitute investment advice.
