Microsoft already has a huge advantage with Azure, Windows, Office, and GitHub. Bringing AI into tools people are already using makes a lot of sense.
But I think the real test is still ahead. Can Copilot consistently save people time, deliver reliable results, protect their data, and justify its cost? And can smaller businesses benefit from AI without spending a fortune?
For me, long-term success won’t be about who launches the most AI features. It’ll be about who delivers real value that people can actually see and measure.
I’m optimistic about the potential, but I think execution and trust will matter just as much as innovation.
