Foresight News reports that, according to Blockaid, a Tranche Vault associated with Valinor Digital on Avalanche was attacked. The attacker used flash loans to mint an inflated amount of tranche shares, then redeemed the remaining USDC in the vault. At the time of publication, the attacker had transferred approximately $1.01 million from the vault in about two transactions, and the attack was ongoing.
