$APR Binance Alpha trading (Alpha 2.0) is not available in all countries/regions. Access to Alpha is restricted by regional eligibility and the local regulatory/compliance requirements set by Binance; if your account’s registered region is not on the list of eligible regions, Alpha trading (buying/selling Alpha tokens) will not be offered to you. In addition to being in an eligible region, Alpha 2.0 requires the following two items on your Binance account:
1) Completed identity verification (KYC) on Binance;
2) An active Binance Wallet (Web3 Wallet) linked to your Binance Exchange account. If your region (for example, Brazil for your account) is not currently included in the list of regions eligible for Alpha, there is no workaround—the feature simply will not appear or cannot be used to trade Alpha tokens from that region, regardless of the app version or account settings. Regional availability may change over time as Binance updates its compliance requirements and product rollout; you can check the latest eligible regions and requirements on the official Alpha 2.0 pages: What Is Alpha 2.0 Binance Alpha 2.0. These pages list the current conditions (eligible regions, identity verification, Binance Wallet linkage) that determine whether Alpha trading is available for your account.
