【Market Flash】On November 1, Ripple will regain access to 1 billion XRP under its monthly escrow plan. This does not mean a direct sell-off: in line with this year's pattern, around 700 million (about 70%) will be re-locked, while around 300 million will be kept for operations and liquidity channels.
