Drained dry, absolutely drained! Around $260,000 was siphoned from a BNB Chain prediction market overnight—and the funds ended up in a mixer 😂
On-chain data shows that several Predict Fun contract wallets have been steadily drained over the past few days. The funds first passed through intermediary addresses, then crossed over to Ethereum via a bridge, and finally landed in Tornado Cash. One estimate puts the number of affected wallets at around 19, with roughly 105 ETH stolen—about $260,000. Another estimate puts the total closer to $300,000. One user also said they’d just finished earning points, only to have about $5,000 drained within an hour.
So far, the team hasn’t made any public statement, so this can only be treated as a suspected attack. Some people suspect a vulnerability in the embedded wallet’s authorization system, but that’s just speculation. Prediction markets already run on high-leverage emotions; seeing even the platform’s own wallets get drained is enough to make you worry for everyone still using it.
