Initia has been down for 4 days. 2 million fake AUSD were minted out of thin air, and more than $2.6 million in assets have been drained cross-chain.
A MoveVM zero-day vulnerability was hidden in the script cache and permission-checking boundary. The team urgently pulled the emergency brake, freezing the entire L1 network and all Minitias.
The native token was unaffected. The hacker used forged state to launder AUSD, $ETH , and USDC to Ethereum. $ETH is currently trading at 2329.78.
