The BNB Smart Chain (BSC) Jenner hard fork is scheduled to activate on the Chapel testnet on 2026-10-29 at 02:30 UTC (10:30 Beijing time). The upgrade includes BEP-703 Payment Lane (which reserves 5% of block gas by default for compliant payment transactions), the underlying capabilities of the BEP-702 CAS20 compliant asset standard, and a millisecond timestamp precompile.
