The broader market is still moving sideways ahead of the rate decision, with BTC around 79,805, up about 0.15% over 24 hours. But two altcoin stories stand out: $ENA is gaining ground despite whale selling, while $XRP is holding firm at 1.30 amid a buildup of positive catalysts.

First, $ENA. It’s trading at around 0.2084 USDT on OKX spot, up about 2.5% over 24 hours, with a high and low of roughly 0.2131/0.2020. Over the past 48 hours, it has climbed from around 0.189 to near 0.21, gaining about 8% in total over the past two days. What’s interesting is that, according to Lookonchain, addresses linked to Arthur Hayes transferred out a total of about 28 million ENA in two batches on 10/24 and 10/25, yet the price held up. On the fundamentals side, USDe has launched on OKX’s X Layer and in the OKX Wallet via Aave V3. The risks are worth noting too: about 275 million ENA are set to unlock on 11/1, and USDe’s supply is around $4.6 billion—still well below the $7.5 billion threshold for launching buybacks.

Looking at $XRP again. It is now around 1.300, up about 1.5% over 24h, with a high/low of about 1.313/1.273. OKX spot trading volume is about 19.5 million U. There is plenty of news flow: on 10/26, Aviva Investors tokenized shares of its 22 billion pound sterling liquidity fund on the XRP Ledger; as of the week ending 10/23, U.S. spot XRP ETFs saw net inflows of about $4.25 million, while Ethereum ETFs in the same week saw net outflows of about $220 million. On the price side, 1.25–1.26 is double-bottom support, and 1.36–1.37 is moving-average resistance.

The Fed's policy meeting is early Wednesday morning, and volatility will expand. Which move would you rather bet on: $ENA's "selling pressure exhausted + pre-unlock positioning," or $XRP's "institutions slowly accumulating, waiting for a breakout above 1.37"?
