It’s been a while since I gave everyone a proper rundown of Bitcoin. The market’s pace has been changing pretty quickly lately, so today Lao Cai is going to take another close look at Bitcoin. As always, no beating around the bush—we’ll go straight to the structure, the pace, and where the opportunities might be next. Go long when the direction calls for it, and go short when it calls for it. Just follow the market. If you’ve been trading without a clear direction or keep mistiming your entries, stick a little closer to Lao Cai’s approach from here on out. I’ll share the key levels in advance. If you want to follow along with live trades, you can also contact Lao Cai directly. Don’t keep trading the coming market blindly on your own—let’s work together to capture the profits.
The most important thing on the four-hour chart isn’t that the price fell from 80950 to 79800; it’s that throughout the entire pullback, the market never made a genuinely effective recovery to the upside. After finding support for the first time near 79368, the market did bounce, but the rebound only reached 80844 before the bears pushed it back down again. This shows that the earlier decline was not invalidated; if anything, it confirmed that selling pressure remains overhead. More importantly, in the past few swings, the bearish candles have consistently had stronger bodies and follow-through than the rebound candles. Each time the bears step in, they manage to drive the price lower, while each recovery by the bulls only claws back a portion of the decline before fading. That’s a classic weak market structure. Now look at the one-hour chart: what really exposes the problem is the quality of the rebound. The move from 79368 to 80844 looks substantial, but it failed to produce a series of progressively higher lows. Instead, the price quickly fell back below 80000, suggesting that this rise was more likely short covering and a short-term bounce trade than the arrival of new, aggressive buyers. The one-hour highs are now starting to move lower again, and repeated pushes above 80000 have been followed by pullbacks. Buying lacks follow-through when it tries to push higher, and as soon as sellers appear, the price is immediately pressed back down. It’s not that there are no buyers stepping in—the problem is that buyers lack the capital to set the price. The selling pressure overhead is still what controls the market’s pace.
