Crypto analyst Ali Martinez warned in his latest assessment of Ripple's $XRP cryptocurrency that the price could fall to $0.98 if large investors intensify selling pressure. The analyst stated that blockchain data and technical indicators increasingly point to downside risk for $XRP.
According to data provided by Martinez, the number of wallets on the XRP Ledger holding between 10 million and 100 million XRP has fallen from 351 to 339 over the past few weeks. The analyst said this decrease of 12 wallets could indicate that large investors are reducing their positions, potentially intensifying selling pressure.
On the other hand, the total amount of $XRP held on cryptocurrency exchanges has also risen significantly. Exchange balances increased from 11.003 billion XRP to approximately 11.05 billion XRP and have remained elevated over the past week. As a result, the amount of $XRP on trading platforms has increased by approximately 50 million.

According to Martinez, the ongoing inflow of assets from large investors to exchanges could increase the supply of $XRP available for sale on the market, creating additional downward pressure on the price.
From a technical analysis perspective, the $1.26 level stands out as a critical support point. Martinez
