$AIN Direction: Long

In the post I made a little after 5 a.m., I said, “If the price isn’t in a good position, don’t chase it—wait for a pullback and see.” Now the pullback has arrived, and it’s been a deep one.

The 01:00 candle plunged straight from 0.07179 to 0.06080, a 15% drop. But at 02:00, it immediately reversed, surging from 0.06504 to 0.07873—a 21% gain in one candle—and hit a new high.

It’s now at 0.07581, up 98.81% in 24 hours, with trading volume rising from $78.68 million to $103 million.

The key is that retail traders have been shaken out: the long/short ratio fell from 1.30 to 1.02, and the share of long accounts dropped from 56% to 50%, leaving the market almost perfectly balanced. Those who chased the price higher this morning have already been swept out.

The funding rate is +0.058%—not high, and the longs aren’t crowded either.

The direction is long. The shakeout is over, and volume has come in. The pullback opportunity has already appeared; now we’re in the second leg.
