Start with these few signals for U.S. stocks
Don’t use last week’s rate-cut story to explain today’s market.
Use today’s highs and lows for technical levels; don’t force old support levels onto it.
VIX 18.34 (5-day +5.95%)
S&P 7,679 (5-day -0.15%, Yahoo)
BTC 24h high 80845 / low 79369, current price 79998. Nasdaq 5-day -0.91%, lagging the S&P -0.15%; growth stocks are falling behind. Chasing AI coins at this point is like taking on Beta that U.S. stocks have already started dumping.
ETH 24h -1.48%, weaker than BTC -0.73%, ratio 0.02896. Funds are concentrating into BTC; altcoins should stay on the sidelines for now.
In crypto, I’m only watching one thing: can BTC close above the 24h high of 80845? If it can’t, any follow-through rally is just talk.
My position: only buy on pullbacks, not breakout chase orders. If the structure hasn’t broken, keep a base position; adding requires waiting for a pullback level.
Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance U-margined / Yahoo daily lines (5-day change) / altme_fng / mempool_fees / defillama_chains / coingecko_trending. Missing numbers are not filled in.
Are you now in cash waiting for a pullback, or already on the train?

Key point: market cap = price × circulating supply. Treating fully locked market cap as trading depth will backfire.
Insight: BTC fee fast-tier lift: on-chain activity is there, and spot looks relatively stronger than futures.
