A successful simulation does not guarantee that a transaction in $SOL will be confirmed.

On Solana, `simulateTransaction` helps check instructions and potential errors against the observed state. But the network state can change between simulation and transaction processing. And a successful `sendTransaction` response means the RPC accepted the submission—not that the transaction has already been included or confirmed.

In practice, treat simulation as a preliminary check, not a receipt. After sending, monitor the signature status until you get the expected confirmation.
