Saylor is on pause, while Strive buys $511 million worth of Bitcoin 😎

While we debate whether it’s time to buy or better to wait a little longer, big companies are taking different approaches too.

Strategy didn’t buy or sell a single BTC from October 19–25. Instead, it spent around $205 million buying back its preferred shares. So headlines saying “Saylor is getting out of Bitcoin” would be a clear overstatement.

Strive, meanwhile, bought 6,182 BTC for $511.4 million from October 17–23. The average price was $82,732, bringing the company’s total holdings to 43,000 bitcoins.

Here’s what I find interesting: big money keeps buying even when there’s plenty of fear in the market. But big players can be wrong too, and end up underwater for months. A half-billion-dollar purchase doesn’t mean we’re guaranteed to see a green candle tomorrow.

To me, this is a reason to keep an eye on the market—not to go all-in and follow a company with my entire portfolio.
