$ENA ETHENA REBOUNDS 4% DESPITE ARTHUR HAYES' MILLION-DOLLAR SALES.
Ethena (ENA) rebounded 4% as Arthur Hayes, BitMEX co-founder, continues to reduce his exposure to the token.
According to movements tracked by Lookonchain, Hayes sold another 14 million ENA for approximately $2.73 million. This transaction follows an earlier sale of another 14 million tokens, bringing the total to around $5.5 million.
Over the past 24 hours analyzed, his sales of various crypto assets reached $28.8 million, with estimated gains of $6.65 million.
Hayes explained that he closed Maelstrom's directional positions after taking profits on ETH, ENA, UNI, and other assets due to macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainty.
Meanwhile, ENA managed to recover to the $0.20–$0.21 range after trading below $0.19 over the weekend.
Daily volume was around $420 million, showing enough buying activity to absorb some of the selling pressure.
In the short term, the levels to watch are $0.20 as support and $0.23 as resistance. For now, ENA is attempting to recover, but has yet to confirm a bullish breakout.
