$BTC has fallen below 80,000 again. Tonight, keep an eye on just two things during the U.S. session: this week’s Fed meeting, and the ever-present risk of a U.S.-Iran flare-up.

Oil prices are going crazy. Brent is hovering around $115, up nearly 90% this year. The Houthis have attacked a Saudi oil facility again, and the U.S. military says it could strike at any time within 96 hours. Rising oil prices → higher inflation expectations → greater pressure to hike rates. High-beta assets like $BTC are the first to get hit. Even gold has fallen below 4,000, and investors are pulling out across the board.

But here’s an interesting detail: Franklin Templeton is planning to launch a U.S. stock ETF that automatically converts dividends into a 5% position in $BTC . Retail investors are cutting their losses while traditional asset managers quietly scoop up assets. Haven’t we seen this playbook before?

Things aren’t looking great on-chain either: the Ethereum Foundation has sold another 2,785 $ETH . Its last deposit to Kraken was at an average price of $2,534, pretty much confirming it’s selling. What impeccable timing 😂

Tokenized stocks, on the other hand, are seeing real growth: the market has grown 357% in a year, JPMorgan has expanded JPM Coin onto the $ETH chain, and OKX has also launched spot trading. Much more solid than trading vaporware tokens.

The strategy for this week is simple: wait. Don’t get carried away before the Fed decision.
