The Nasdaq 100 Index extended its gain to 1%, hitting a new intraday high.
Large fund movements are commonly interpreted in three ways:
① Allocation: positioning by quarter, with little attention to intraday fluctuations;
② Rebalancing: adjusting positions, which doesn’t necessarily signal a bullish outlook;
③ Arbitrage: short-term trades that come and go quickly.
There isn’t much information this time, so I’ll add it to the watchlist for now.
