At 9:30 a.m. Eastern on October 26 (9:30 p.m. UTC+8), BNB Standard (Nasdaq ticker: BNC), the world’s largest corporate $BNB treasury company, rang the Nasdaq opening bell in Times Square, New York. The newly appointed CEO appeared at the live event alongside Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) and the YZi Labs team.

The company was formerly known as CEA Industries and officially changed its name to BNB Standard on September 29. Its stock ticker remains BNC. According to the company, it holds the world’s largest corporate BNB reserve: approximately 515,500 BNB as of July 31, which at the time accounted for around 93% of its total assets. The company also plans to operate validator nodes on BNB Chain, taking its treasury strategy a step beyond simply holding coins and toward on-chain operations.

For everyday investors, the takeaway is straightforward: there’s now another publicly listed company through which they can gain indirect exposure to $BNB via a U.S. brokerage account. The bell-ringing is ceremonial; what matters going forward is whether the company’s holdings disclosures are transparent enough and whether its validator nodes actually become operational.
