Binance futures liquidations over the past 4 hours totaled $9.27 million: $3.45 million in longs (37.2%) and $5.81 million in shorts.
After a liquidation event, I usually look at three things:
① Who got washed out: shorts accounted for more, so the rally triggered short covering;
② The largest concentration was $BTC ($3.23 million); volatility afterward is often the greatest;
③ Whether open interest fell afterward: a drop means positions were genuinely flushed out; little change means new positions are entering.
You can trade without using much leverage. If you do use leverage, make sure you set a stop-loss.
