🚨 AMERICA'S LARGEST PENSION FUND IS DUMPING BIG TECH STOCKS, AND WALL STREET SHOULD BE WORRIED.

#giveandtake

CalPERS, which manages over $650 billion, cut its direct Magnificent Seven share holdings by 26% in the first half of 2026.

The fund is reducing its exposure to Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Tesla, Amazon, Meta and Google over concerns about expensive valuations and excessive market concentration.

And it's not just CalPERS.

Hedge funds recently sold tech stocks at their fastest pace in at least 10 years.

What's concerning is that CalPERS started cutting its holdings before the recent tech sell-off and growing fears of an AI bubble.

With the Magnificent Seven making up roughly 35% of the S&P 500, another major wave of institutional selling could drag down the entire U.S. stock market.

If the biggest funds keep reducing their exposure, who will absorb all that selling?
