Came across this on TokenPost: Cryptex Finance has filed another round of prospectus details for its proposed multi-asset spot ETF (planned Nasdaq listing, ticker BAGZ)—its sixth pre-effective amendment, dated 10/23.

The staking section is pretty explicit: the fund may stake up to 33% of its crypto assets. According to the prospectus, approximately 26.82% is intended to be staked (that’s the proposed amount, not what’s already staked). What stands out even more is its own $CTX—the tracking index always allocates just 2% to it, while the fund portfolio is required to hold at least 6.5%. The filing also openly acknowledges the conflict of interest.

The registration statement isn’t effective yet, so the ETF can’t be sold. But the outline of a multi-asset ETF strategy that aims to include staking yield is getting a little clearer.
