What’s up, guys!! Franklin’s at it again!!!

Franklin Templeton, with $1.7 trillion in assets under management, has completed the final regulatory step for two ETFs that automatically use U.S. stock dividends to buy Bitcoin~ It filed Form 8-A with the SEC on October 22, and plans to list them on Nasdaq. The prospectus puts the effective date at around October 27.

The two funds: FBEQ (large-cap U.S. stocks) and FIBT (the Nasdaq innovation lineup) — they’ll start out with roughly 95% stocks and 5% Bitcoin exposure. Instead of reinvesting company dividends in stocks, they’ll use them to add to their BTC holdings~ There’s also a cap on the Bitcoin allocation (rebalancing will bring it back down to about 4.5%; even if it spikes above 20% along the way, they’ll trim it).

Honestly, I’m not telling you to go all in. It’s a way for dividends in a regular brokerage account to gradually turn into BTC~ While the market’s dumping, big asset managers are still laying the groundwork, haha.

Would you allocate a little to something like this? $BTC
