About $MRNA
I think it’s bearish in the short term and bullish in the long term.

Confirmed news:

* Phase 3 clinical trial for melanoma succeeds. In the INTerpath-001 trial involving 1,137 patients, Moderna and Merck’s personalized mRNA cancer vaccine intismeran autogene (mRNA-4157/V940), in combination with Keytruda, reduced the relative risk of cancer recurrence or death by 42% and the risk of distant metastasis or death by 38%. Both endpoints were statistically significant.
* Full study results were officially presented at the ESMO Annual Meeting on October 24. The combination-therapy group had a two-year recurrence-free survival rate of 82.2%, compared with 70.0% in the control group—an absolute improvement of 12.2 percentage points. The rates of Grade 3–5 treatment-related adverse events were 14.2% and 13.4%, respectively, with no new safety concerns identified.
* Study data leaked early on October 22, triggering a sharp drop in the stock price. MRNA closed at $202.63 that day, down 17.57%. It fell a further 1.25% on October 23 to close at $200.10, a cumulative decline of about 18.6% over two trading days compared with $245.81 on October 21.
