Odaily Planet Daily reports that Musk said SpaceX has completed $40 billion in GPU debt financing. He said the company has an investment-grade rating, with revenue from Starlink and rocket launches supporting the financing. The GPUs are expected to be delivered in the first and second quarters of 2027.

Discussing AI infrastructure financing, Musk said that over the past few weeks, debt markets have all but shut off access to financing for companies without significant revenue from outside AI data centers. He predicted that only a handful of the more than 200 emerging cloud providers would survive, and that the industry would see bankruptcies and consolidation. Musk also expressed concern that developers could lose access to financing before their data centers are completed, leaving expensive computing capacity stranded.

Musk denied speculation that SpaceX might acquire a struggling emerging cloud service provider, saying SpaceX would not acquire companies like that. Someone else on social media asked whether Musk had also shorted CRWV; this was merely speculation, and there is no evidence that he shorted the stock.
