📉 On a day when everything pulled back a little, you can really see who’s holding on
A quick look at the market this morning: $BTC was around $79,662, down about 1.4% over 24 hours; $ETH was around $2,314, down about 2%—the biggest drop among the four major coins; Binance Coin was around $738, down about 0.6%, making it the most resilient; and Solana was around $101, down about 1.3%.
My take in one sentence: days like this, when everything is down but to varying degrees, are more worth watching than one-way surges or crashes. They show that the market isn’t fleeing in panic—investors are being selective. The assets falling less are often the ones people are still willing to hold; those falling more may have run up too much earlier, or short-term sentiment may be weakening first.
So for now, I’m not chasing a rebound or rushing to buy the dip. I’d rather wait for a signal: the biggest decliners stabilize and trading volume stops shrinking, then I’ll consider buying in gradually. On the other hand, if even the most resilient asset starts catching up on the downside, I’ll make my position outlook more conservative.
Put simply, a pullback isn’t scary. What’s scary is going all in before there’s a signal. Keep some powder dry, and the market may give you another chance to choose.
