Keep these points in mind about address poisoning:
1) Some wallets and block explorers flag or hide by default zero-value transfers suspected of being part of a poisoning attack.
2) Attackers also send fake tokens with names identical to those of popular stablecoins, making the transaction record look more legitimate.
3) Before transferring, compare the full address. Don’t just check the beginning and end—make sure the middle characters match too.
Addresses that frequently transfer stablecoins, as well as the address $ETH , are more likely to be targeted by address poisoning.
