The wealth code! $CRCL is severely undervalued (2)

III. Major U.S. institutions entering the stablecoin business aren’t taking a slice of CRCL’s pie—they’re making the pie bigger!
1. Stablecoins may seem easy to launch, but they’re incredibly difficult to get off the ground.
Over the years, only two have truly made it: USDT and USDC.
USDT gained a first-mover advantage from the early Crypto boom and trading use cases; USDC rose later, backed by U.S. regulatory compliance, institutional trust, and the DeFi ecosystem.
2. It’s not as if no one has tried to challenge them.
But you can’t take USDC’s market share just by issuing a coin and getting a few institutions to endorse it. Stablecoins backed by exchanges in the past have failed to gain lasting traction.
What really matters is liquidity, trust, compliance, exchange support, on-chain use cases, and long-term credibility.
3. The large number of banks and institutions entering the stablecoin sector this year isn’t necessarily bad news for USDC.
Most of them won’t launch until next year, so they may not take USDC’s core market share in the short term. Instead, they could help drive the development of real-world use cases such as payments, clearing, and settlement.
Once stablecoins evolve from “crypto trading tools” into a “global dollar settlement network,” the biggest beneficiaries may not be the new challengers, but established players with regulatory credentials and on-chain liquidity.
U.S. institutions aren’t entering the market to carve up what’s already there—they’re here to make the entire stablecoin pie bigger!
IV. Stay focused on the major trend—don’t let short-term shakeouts scare you out!
Last year, the U.S. passed the GENIUS Act, one of the most important pieces of legislation for the global crypto industry.
This year, a large number of U.S. banks and institutions are accelerating their moves into the stablecoin industry.
That’s how you look for investment opportunities by following the winds of change—not by chasing rallies and selling off every day!
I believe CRCL has enormous potential upside over the medium to long term, but this stock is exceptionally prone to shakeouts. In the short term, its share price is also affected by Treasury yields, distribution revenue sharing, operating costs, competition, and valuation changes.
But the biggest opportunities often emerge when industry fundamentals keep improving while the market continues to doubt them!
